Refund policy

Returns accepted for 20 day after purchase under the following conditions:

Any shipping for returns and/or refunds are to be paid for by the buyer. If there is a malfunctioning part/problem that Kolo Automotive is able to fix, Kolo Automotive will pay for return shipping only within the Continental United States. Once the part/problem is fixed, Kolo Automotive will also pay to return the shipment back to the buyer only within the Continental United States. This only applies if the buyer wants the part and/or shipment repaired such that it can be used again. Conditions only valid for 20 days after purchase. Any other shipping related fees are to be covered at the buyers expense.
